Summary: Raymond “Red” Reddington, one of the FBI’s most wanted fugitives, surrenders in person at FBI Headquarters in Washington, D.C. Reddington will co-operate, but insists that he will speak only to Elizabeth Keen, a rookie FBI profiler.
