Maybe you already noticed the case with FlashFXP dev and that's  why  we  cannot
probably expect any official updates  in  near  future.   The  main  problem  is
FlahsFXP is able to load only OpenSSL 1.0.2 and 1.1.0 and both of them  are  not
supported anymore.   This patch enables OpenSSL 1.1.1  inside  current  FlashFXP
version. Use it at your own risk and feel free fix any bugs or other  issues  in
the future if there will be any.

Version check inside flashfxp binary to allow load OpenSSL version 1.1.1

Skipped OPENSSL_init_ssl call inside FlashFXP binary, because it  was  returning
failed/success statuses randomly with OpenSSL 1.1.1d libraries  during  FlashFXP
startup and it should be not required anymore with OpenSSL 1.1.0+  according  to
the docs https://www.openssl.org/docs/man1.1.1/man3/OPENSSL_init_ssl.html

Updated string for command switching between OpenSSL versions.
How to use it...

Patch is based on last cracked version: 
OpenSight.Software.FlashFXP.v5.4.0.3970.Multilanguage-CaviaR
That means you need to grab that and install  first.   Then  just  follow  these
steps:
1.
Copy and replace files from this release. OpenSSL  binaries  1.1.1d  and  1.0.2u
has  been  included,   but  you   can    also    download    it    from    here:
https://slproweb.com/products/Win32OpenSSL.html
2.
If you need  to  switch  between  OpenSSL  versions  raw  command  (CTRL+R)  and
restart FlashFXP.
/set app.openssl 1.1.1
/set app.openssl 1.0.2
3.
For using TLS 1.3 with TLS 1.3 compatible  sites  use  "Auto"  in  SSL  settings
inside Site manager.

Tested and works on win10 1809 Build 17763.973
Tested and doesn't work on Win XP SP3
