NEAN plays Cathartic Raw Black Metal. 'The Ominous Catharsis' is the project's 
debut album on Crystal voidscape records. Its composition and recording spanned
the first three months of 2022 and reflects the mindset of the unknown entity 
behind this project: disgusted, angry, anguished, uncertain and hateful.
This is why each NEAN recording is cathartic because the expression of these 
feelings through the texts and the music serve, in a way, as "musical therapy" 
for the unknown entity to remain sane in the midst of this repugnant world. 
This first album is no exception to this rule...
