    The Monochrome2DNG utility is intended to streamline using            
    cameras converted to monochrome and avoid artifacts and loss of       
    resolution caused by (now, unnecessary) demosaicking which would      
    otherwise be applied:                                                 
    * It takes input files from cameras that have been converted to       
      monochrome.                                                         
    * It then saves it as "truly" monochrome DNG files, suitable for      
      using with popular converters that support the DNG format (that     
      is to say, almost all of them).                                     
    * With this:                                                          
    - One can turn on automatic "monochrome" recognition and convert      
      only the files from converted cameras (so one can process a         
      large archive that has both color and monochrome files in it        
      quickly, in one pass).                                              
    - Automatic mosaic pattern suppression is supported (output files     
      will not have 1-pixel grid patterns)                                
    - Several formats for output DNG are supported, which allows one      
      to use their RAW converter optimally.                               
    - Filter input files by Vendor/Model/Camera serial to process         
      large archives faster.

     0. You must block the activation server to be able to gain          
     access to the manual activation process. You can achieve this       
     by either using a firewall or adding the below to your hosts        
     file. Since there is a specific subdomain for activation, the       
     hosts file method is recommended to speed up the time out           
     period.

     1. Use the keymaker to generate a license key.                      
     2. Open the activation window ("Help" > "Purchase/Activate").       
     3. Enter in the license key, then click the "Activate License"      
        button.                                                          
     4. Wait ~30 seconds until the attempt times out or click the        
        "Cancel Activation" button.                                      
     5. Either way, a "Manal Activation" button should appear,           
        click it.                                                        
     6. This will open up the manual activation window. Copy the         
        machine ID from this window into the keymaker. Then click        
        "Activate" in the keymaker to generate a new activation key.     
     7. Copy the activation key from the keymaker into the app.          
     8. Click the "Activate" button.                                     
     9. Click the "Close Window" button. Click the "Close" button.
