.NOTES
This is my favourite western, so I decided to give it a special treatment.
Replaced the opening german title with the english one from the US source.
Source was plagued with annoying white/black/brown film dirt,
so I applied a despotting filter to clean it as much as possible.
I could have done more aggressive despotting, but that would remove
a lot of detail, so some residual dirt remains every now and then.
Also, the transfer was quite grainy (sharpened) except two sequences
that were grainless (frames 18907-19569, 34195-34790)!
I thought to add some grain to them, otherwise the scene transitions
looked weird; going from grain, to grainless, to grain again.
Remove the ads/tables of image hosts by installing
